So I'm proposing a new sport team for the school. I was thinking something like this.

Portal Ball

team of 12

positions:
portal caster 1 - casts entry portals
portal caster 2 - casts exit portals
kickers (4 people) - kicks ball to score
blockers (2 people) - blocks opponents portals and telepathic messages
sender - sends telepathic messages from chief to casters
chief - directs portal placement
guard - guards the goal
tagger - can 'tag' portals, making them invisible to the opposing team for 3 seconds

score: 2 points
game ends after 10 minutes
notes: blockers block portals with energy, but cannot detect invisible portals
ball can go through portals however placement is tricky since it relies on the accuracy of the chief and sender to judge the flow of the game and where the ball will be. The kickers can kick it into the portals. If set up right, this can be an easy goal.

It may need improvement but hey, tell me what you think!

i'm there but which fountain? the one with hares, bunnies, alien snails that resemble bunnies, or the one that looks like it could be a bunny but is unrecognizable due to what looks to be manticore-mermaid hybrid claw marks?

Alright it should be set soon. I'm going to hold team tryouts in gym 46, the one across from the 3d plasmic energy printing lab. If you want to talk I'll be there tidying up the black matter waste that seems to grow like mold.

Who are we gonna play Portal Ball against, @Miranda Ashdove? If it's brand new then no other schools have it, right? Have you thought about reaching out to Mystic High or Satanic High or Corn Children Vocational School about starting a team?

I see on the home page that we got pretty whipped by Eternal Youth Academy at Memory Juggling last night. It would be great to have a new sport we were really good at.

Satanic High, Gothic Lolita Girls’ Prep, 'Pataphysics High School and Dance Academy, and most of the others--they've all got open campuses, @Miranda Ashdove. Just drop by and hang out around their gymnasiums and you might meet the right kind of people. Though the Satanic High kids can be a bit threatening sometimes. Maybe you should start with somebody like Empathic High School. They're pretty understanding.
