I know its been a long time since my last post but I finally was inspired to write something! I met Town! On Sunday in the cafeteria! Some students have been saying that Town is not real but Town is real. I had lunch with Town. Town contacted me at the salad bar. Obviously coming from a long lineage of privilaged psychics I have had some cool experiences but this was one of the coolest.

Town is super chill. Frankly I don't think the school is being fair by not letting Town actually enroll. Seriously? We have some pretty freaky folks here..why not a town?

Town and I have a connection too as my father is friends with Dean Hammer and so is Town's mayor. Town calls the mayor.."Mayor". Anyhoo Town does talk kind of strange and Town is sooo wise and yet kind of insecure. That's ok though, half the students here are totally insecure.

One of the reasons I haven't posted in a while is that I was having a hard time at first. My dad wouldn't let me take some of the classes I wanted to take and then suddenly in October my great great great great grandmother Aiofe died. I was super close to her. The wake was 7 weeks long and my family even had to skip our usual solstice trip to Pitcairn Island. Grandmother Aiofe was a famous horologist and even taught at PsyHigh for a term once a long time ago. That was why the school was ok with me taking such a long time off.

So I hadn't really talked to anyone about my grandmother at all since I got back until I met Town. Town is really easy to talk to and we even want to take some of the same classes next year together. I really want to visit Town. Town says Mayor is going to help maybe set up a field trip for the students here which would be cool but I guess some people in Town might freak out. Town is a small..town..and the folks there are sort of set in their ways. The high school, Rustwater High School could be a perfect sister school. I don't think Psy High has ever had a sister school but I could be wrong.

Anyway, I hope to post more and I hope I can hang out with Town again soon.

My parents have been waiting since my third incarnation to get me into this school.
"Finally! We will have a TRUE psychoesotheric in the family."
They are still not talking to my brother who insisted on staying at the neighborhood atemporal school AND is hoping to go study law at Yale in two years. In his last incarnation he had become quite a good time-walker so he has been a disappointment. I feel bad for him really but on the other hand I really want to make mom and dad proud of me.
My mom descends from a long line of Norwegian hidden folk and my dad.....well let's just say he's a hard act to follow. In the sixth century he was one of the Makers of the Keys. Yeah. THOSE keys. If you come from a time-walker family you totally know what I'm talking about.
Anyway, dad was frustrated at first that as a Freshman they wouldn't let me register for Intro to Proto Dimensional Anthropology. I'm like "Dad! It's still high school! I should be allowed to have some fun, make some real friends for once...not JUST focus on academics."
He and the Dean go way back so there is pressure there too.
Well I will write more later after this week. There are a lot of cool things going on on campus actually that I want to check out.
