So. Last night. I had a weird dream. A godlike being told me that I can have a chance to survivebeing ripped apart in an electrical storm. If i were to survive my body would revert to a being composed of pure electrical energy. Also @kubert please, stop treating me like a battery...i still have feelings.

The beauty of the The Mythopedic Pocket Universe Projector 9000, @Alastor Dimitri, is that it's not just for when you sleep. You're meant to stay in it full time. Er, until we find a "cure" for you, that is.

I'm sure we can get your credits transferred, so there's no problem there. And we'll keep your body fed, just like that gal in the sensory deprivation tank - @Helena Skye - when she's on one of her extended astral trips.

If you're having trouble "dialing in" to a sustainable pocket universe, I think I can fine tune it a little from the control panel. How about a rockabilly planet - entirely inhabited by centaurs! Lots of good music, dance parties... the occasional "rumble." You could join a centaur bowling league! Go, daddy-o!

Or, do you want to be a merman? We could go all Aquaman and make an underwater kingdom kinda place. Tridents, seahorses, seaweed forests. I'm pretty sure I could set that up.

Oh but just make sure you stay out of trouble - not sure what happens to your body if you get injured (or worse) in there.

Really, once you're in, it'll be just as "real" as anything here. You'll make friends, have adventures and stuff. I mean, who's to say we're all not already in a gizmo like that, huh?

And, Alastor, I know you're more than just a battery. You're my favorite generator kid! I'm setting all this up so you can avoid being burnt to a crisp by your own out-of-control power! Who else is looking out for you like me? You're the best, and I just want to keep you un-electrocuted.

But!! The Mythopedic Pocket Universe Projector 9000 is designed to respond directly to *your* mental inputs. So, consider that you have a blank canvas, and just go for it! Close your eyes, start counting down from 100, and I'm sure you'll do great. Just remember to report back via the viewscreen!

And while you're there, I'll see what I can do about a long term fix for your overload problem.

For lack of a better term, i basically plugged myself in. I sat meditating in a silent expanse of white as the whirr of machines vanished. As i counted I raised a forest behind me, a mountain in front, built into a small home. In the forest a large gothic school stood and i went into my mountainous home and began packing. In my world, I was like i was before and i began my trek through these woods to my new school.

It was another very foggy day and I had not heard from Larry Moon, Skunk Detective, for many days and I was concerned about Larry Moon, not just because I have an agreement with Larry Moon about his regular updates but because I like Larry Moon very much and I wanted to make sure everything was OK, even though he is a rough customer and probably does not need any looking out for.

And so I gathered some farm fresh eggs at the market and more American cheeses and put them in my basket and walked through the foggy woods and turned around three times and followed the tiny side path by the creek and up and over the rocky hill and found the offices of Larry Moon, Skunk Detective, and knocked hard three times on the door.

Larry Moon opened his door. He looked very much like a rough customer, as his fur was very frazzy and his eyes were very puffy and he was not in the mood for making fried egg sandwiches with cheese for both of us. He was drinking a tomato juice drink and smelled like rabbit tobacco. He told me not to worry, that he was making progress on the staticky problem of that @Alastor Dimitri but it was a very delicate time and I should go home and thank you very much for the eggs.

I have faith in Larry Moon, Skunk Detective, but I hope I have not put him in any danger. That staticky @Alastor Dimitri is not so much a problem now because he is in a contraption. The contraption takes away his statickiness but puts his mind into another world where people can see his world on the pay-per-view website. But the pay-per-view-people have become restless because they are paying but there has not been much viewing. They are asking the pay-per-view-webmaster @kubert for their money back!

I do not think that @kubert has Alastor Dimitri's best interests in mind, but at least the staticky problem of the dorms is gone and there are no more lightning bolts in the halls and in the communal kitchenette.

I do hope everything will turn out OK because I only want peace.

As I strode through my forest, weapon at arms, my fine glimmering scythe charged with my electricity. I got an eriee familiar feeling... I knew it well...something was following me. What frightened me more is that I had no clue what. It wasnt possible this was my domain, i was its master! I should be completely in control... Yet this entity stalked me...i was frightened because i knew it wasnt possible... It couldnt be here... I didnt create it. I was insight of the school. I would be there soon enough.

The pay-per-view scheme isn't quite going as well as I'd hoped. @Alastor Dimitri's transmissions have been irregular, so my paying customers have gathered up their pitchforks and torches and decided to mob the hall outside my door. Their chants and pounding have been going on for days.

Meanwhile, Alastor remains peacefully in a fugue state, his consciousness transported elsewhere via the Mythopedic Pocket Universe Projector 9000.

With the restless peasants outside my door, I'm not sure how much longer I can keep this up. If they're able to finally break it down (it's barricaded from the inside), they'll likely trash my workshop, including the Mythopedic Pocket Universe Projector 9000, which means Alastor will be back in our world, out-of-control electrical storms and all.

On the other hand, I've been having take out delivered by drone to my window, but soon my meager funds from the initial pay-per-view charges will run out, and then where will I be? I suppose I could start drinking the Ensure, but that will just end up shortening both our timelines.

Either way, I'm not going to be able to keep Alastor under for much longer...

I get to the school, the strange entity still stalking me, but i cannot tell from where. I do however realize that @kubert is in trouble. I dont know how long it will be... But something tells me I need to best this...thing...to leave... I hope @kubert can help me somehow. Or atleast try and tell me whats going on. I am going to enter the school. Peril is close by.

I search the school for signs of life, finding none. I make my way back to the lobby. That eriee feeling steadily increased as I made my way through the school. Once my nerve hit its peak I let out a primal scream and in electrical shockwave swept everything in a 200 foot radius. As I went to my knee I saw eyes... It was here. Im not a religious man...but I prayed @kubert could help me somehow..... I raised my scythe, accepting the challenge.
