I think it's due to a malfunction function in the electrical system and I have manipulated the electrical system. Through sheer willpower.

I've also manipulated machines to work better when they're malfunctioning I don't know how in the world I did that. Such rare occurrences keep happening.

By the way roses are very difficult they are not a c4 plant or a cam plant. You might have an easier time with the rose succulent.
