It was my first day a Psyhigh today, I thought it would be just like my previous schools, and that I would be out of the door before lunch time, I was wrong. Even when I destroyed the chemistry lab in an explosion the teacher didn't yell at me, in fact, she looked rather impressed!
When you look at the other students though, it becomes quite clear why the teachers are okay with my left ear spontaneously catching fire and how I sometimes cover the floor with ice when I'm nervous. Most of the students look perfectly normal, until you discover they have a third arm growing out of the small of their back, and some don't even look anywhere remotely human, which although is kind of off-putting in class, it definitely takes the attention off my ear.
I haven't made any friends yet, although a vaguely humanoid creature with skin a delicate shade of blue smiled at me in maths and let me borrow her pencil. At least I think it was a her… Well, I have a busy day tomorrow, and I still need to explore the grounds too! Goodnight x
