I don't think the roadkill have anything against me anyway. I went and got my things and did a little bit of work here and there on my project without any trouble. The forest seems to be a lot more suited for what I'm doing, given the open air...

Really, the critters aren't so bad once you get over the stench. I spend most of my time around dead things anyway.

@Nat Davidson I didn't have anything to do with that. At least, I don't think I did. I can't remember anything that happened between Sunday night and Tuesday afternoon thanks to that stupid brain snail, but I doubt it would have made me resurrect a bunch of dead animals.

This is still worrying, though...

Anyway, @Bailey Kahn - I'd recommend asking him what it is that he's guarding and what you have to do to pass. Or maybe you could ask him about the oil...

Woke up in the infirmary this morning with a big fat suction mark on my forehead and one of those stupid snails in a jar on the bedside table. Really, you can't even take a piss without getting assaulted by those things! They prey on the idle mind, after all.
