I won. I still cannot, I repeat, cannot, believe it. It was the most exhilarating thing I've done in a long, long time. But, not so too. I mean, @ShadyGlen was a good sport, but she seemed to flinch whenever I landed a punch. I knew she was letting me have my way. Fighting with my brother was enough to recognise the condescending look, the look that reminds you of who's better. But, there wasn't a trace of arrogance in her eyes, it was ~pain~. All in all, the victory doesn't feel *earned*. I decided not to talk to her.
But, she didnt get the hint, so, I was followed by a slightly physical form, after the match. While at the dance later, I didn't see her. I didn't feel relieved, just empty.

However, Jace came up to me in his daring navy blue tuxedo, and asked me for a dance. I was delighted. I mean, his pale, blue glittering eyes trapped me, and his nicely swept back platinum hair made me swoon. We danced. But we didn't talk talk. The kind of talk where the other person is genuinely interested in what you do, like, dislike, that kind of stuff. I had to keep the conversation going. It made me feel... annoying. Thankfully, the dance was quickly over, but before I could relax and freak out at the same time, a masked, lean man took me in for a dance. I was very tired. So, when he asked how well I was, I snapped at him. Which wasn't a very polite thing to do. And, then, he said, "Jace, huh?"
I looked up, trying to decipher the colour of his eyes, but the smell gave it away. Ned.
I refused his company, and left the ball. Now that I think about it, I left an amazing ball for a ~boy~. Add that to the list of stupid things I've done.

But, the halls were terrifying. Daunting, cold and terrifying. And, I was alone.
But I was engulfed in mysterious warmth. As if something else was traversing with me. A companion. But, even with a companion, I had no direction. So I went in, and dragged Serina out. She gladly came out with me, seeming to grimace everytime laughter floated down the hall. And, we went. We went in silence. No words spoken. And, for me, it was all dandy. Since, I needed time to piece together my stupid actions and rank them. And, decipher, ~why~.

Lost in thought, time seemed to pass by faster, and lo behold, I was in front of my dorm room. Suddenly, Serina grasped my arm, and whispered harshly, "Don't get attached". But I felt it wasnt for me. She pushed me in my room. And, I laid in bed. Thinking. Writing this piece. Tomorrow, we have to assist the help. Some core value learning thing.

Its happening tonight. Classes have been dismissed so I don't have to walk around those interconnected hallways. That is a *huge* relief. But, as of now, I would prefer the interconnected hallways, ever since the growing tension has me vomiting every night. I've been paired up with @ShadyGlen, which is a bit of problem, you see. Since @ShadyGlen's been here for quite a while, and would have witnessed a couple of Herse days, it would be obvious that she would win. My brother on the other line didn't think so.
"Think whatever you may, Boover. You're strong. And, mom enrolled you *because* you were special. Just go grab those passes."
Eh, I mean he could've done better at the motivation speech, but, it enough for me to practice. And, thank goodness for the fact that I have no roommate, or else it would've sprouted into a problem that I'm not sure I could handle.
Oh, and Jace, at breakfast yesterday morning before we went on our mandatory run to find the forsaken Feathers, wished me luck. I replied with a dull smile. I mean, what is up with him? Why? Protecting myself during the fight is more important anyway.

Oh, and ever since the list has been released, Clarke and Emilia have been talking to me again. Which is pretty shady, don't you think @ShadyGlen?

Well, it seems Annual Herse Day is coming up. In six days. Its kinda like prom, but its also not like prom. You dress up, dinner, party, limousine but you also have matches. Matches between supernatural creatures and people get to vote on who they think would most likely win. The winners are celebrated and paraded around the school. And, they get a free pass for dinner for six months.
So, I'm thinking of signing up. I mean, I used to fight with my older brother, whos 9 years elder than me, and win. All the time. Yes, the thought of my brother just 'letting' me win crossed my mind, so I called him and he admitted to it, and he encouraged me to go. I don't know.

Emilia and Clarke have *totally* abandoned me. Serina isn't attending school, and I don't care what she's up to. So, that doesn't really matter. Essentially, I am a loner.

3rd July 2016

Its been days since I wrote. And I'm so excited to tell you of the amazing new progress in my life!
Basically, I absolutely love Scientia. And, yes, Scientia as a WHOLE, not only the fun stuff. I absolutely am falling in love with the subject. Krontics is kind of tough, but manageable with daily revision. Practicals on the other hand is bae. And Krontics teacher is kinda hot. Wait, scratch that 'kinda', is*hot*.

So, apart from my academic development, my romantic development is pathetic. I mean, I told Ned that I didn't like him back, and he's been ignoring me since. And, Jace... well, he's been ignoring me after he told me to have a great time at Psy High. Jerk.

Friendshipwise... well Emilia and Clark have been hitting it off. And, I'm the designated 'third wheel'. Serina and me, well, we offer each other our company. Nothing exciting.

Basically, my life is as boring as the most boring thing that could exist in all of the portals.

I mean, my life back in Gordons was not *amazing*, but it wasn't stagnant. I had friends that I stuck to. Now, it seems like I have nobody.

29th June 2016

Well, Jace didn't come for two days. But, obviously, that shouldn't bother me. I mean, I am an independent woma- scratch that, girl, and I will have none of th emushy stuff.

Anyway, I met a few people in the last few days, and they are quite interesting. There's this girl called Emilia, and she is very, very boastful, and sweet at the same time. One moment, I want to be her and the next I want to be me. It is so very annoying. So, then comes up Clark. She is very poised and sophisticated. Which wasn't a downer. I mean, I have to make connections. Then, Ned. Who very much likes me. Which spices things up a bit, but, I don't want to lead him on.

Emilia is part mermaid, and werewolf. She's got the mermaid body and were wolf characteristics. Oh, and she can walk on land...which is pretty amazing. Then, we have Clark. She's a tentacle ghost. I know, doesn't make sense. Then we have Ned, who is a zombie and very much hates his appearance. He puts on makeup to hide his rotting skin.

Oh, and Jace is an elf. The highest of them all.

So, apparently my schedule has changed. It was, at first, Spirits, then Necromancy and then Breshire. But now, ever since the The Ministry of the Supernatural decreed that it is proper for all supernatural creatures to be subjected to more than 3 hours and less 10 hours of schooling on a daily basis, I have 9 classes. Wonderful.

Serina is right outside my window. She doesn't know that I can see her. She is part Asian and African American, so like, literally, half of her is Asian. And the other is African American. Which is so cool. Anyway, her Asian part is staring at me now.

I think Ill settle with unconsciously-drawing-the-curtains plan. Chow, its dinner!
