I am Mirana Ashdove and I study rune magic and demons. What you saw is me using demonic energy to take notes at extreme speeds. The demons are strong enough to let me know what to write before I even fully hear it.

I read about your powers and I have an idea...
My plan is that, if you agree, I could give you an invisible demon 'shield'. The demon would mute out some of your negative emotions. It won't totally stop strange things from happening if you are angry, but you will be able to get, for example, annoyed at someone or frustrated without any consequences.

Hey @Ava Elisabeth, can we be penpals while you are on your trip? the bloodstone cavern interests me and I can keep you updated on my experiments. Could you please tell me if you see any demons woods? I would love to get some samples from it, if you could get the coordinates.

10 things about me

So I figured I should put a bit about me here. You know, recap events since my first class

1. Demons tricked me into calling myself Miranda after I misspelled my application form. My name is Mirana.
2. My room number is 13656. If you need help with demons, my door is open (not really though because my demons would escape and that would be quite bad)
3. I study rune magic and demonology. I am working on a new form of power channeling I call demon runes, infusing runes with demonic power to warp the energy.
4. My grandfather was a demon so I guess I'm not 100% human...
5. I still need a roommate... Preferably one who doesn't mind being woken up at midnight to evacuate a room after a failed demon ritual. Also one who gets along well with bloodthirsty creatures of the underworld. Actually now that I think about it, maybe I'm better off alone...
6. I adopted a watermelon banana hybrid pet named Rex. Being around demonic energy caused him to mutate into what looks like a dog with a venus flytrap head...
7. Just because I dabble with dark magic doesn't mean I'm a dark person! I'm very nice so feel free to say hi!
8. I came to the school just after the mirror world events peaked in chaos and was around to witness the end of it.
9. I was confused when I first came to the school because I wasn't used to the psychic energies around me. Now it's natural and strange without it.
10. I still live a normal non-psychic life in another dimension. I miss my family to much to leave for good :)

I had a similar vision however more intensified since I directly ate shavings of bloodstone. However my powers over demons have grown amazingly and I seem to have command of a small army...?
My vision let me see that the bizarre creatures were ourselves. Does this mean the bloodstones will corrupt us?

Any time works. I'm going to see if I can cut the blood stone into fragments and I'll test what I can do with those. I suspect that using them while casting a rune will greatly amplify the power. I also want to know what happened if I eat a small piece.
I'm setting things up at my dorm right now! (now meaning 7:08 am)

As for symmetry homework, I have some as well (I got stuck with Eli Nile as a teacher, and she's so obsessed with it she changed her name). I'm also struggling with it, but it's easier to do when looking at it in the reflecting pool. I had to scrape the algae fueled robotic parasites from the surface, but it should be fine to use.
Anyways, the blood stone is helping me so much i got a second. I'm going to experiment with it a little.

Welcome! Yes, THE SCHOOL is real to us and no one else. Confused? So was I at first.
The school IS hard to get to. The physical building can only be visited with practice. You may get the hang of it overtime. For now, post in your journal about how your powers develop!
Journals are the part of the school most people see, psychic or NOT. They act as a way for psychics to find out about the school. Since you signed up, you are definitely psychic.

It took me weeks to get to the mental strength that lets me visit the school and even now I often get stuck in other realities (other worlds perception of what is REAL). But all psychics can get there if we practice. So don't worry if things are odd at first.

Don't worry if you don't immediately discover an ability. It is there somewhere. At first I though I had telekinesis, but it turns out I'm a total natural when it comes to interacting with demons.

See, I've been seeing black goo from my demons everywhere. It's alive and spreading and I guess it got to the beds.
I don't recommend touching it until we know more. In the meantime, everyone, don't let it get to your bed or your pets.
I will try to get my demons under control ASAP.

Wow, I returned to school at just the right time! I'm really hoping I can get a blood machine so my demons won't go wild. Do you think they have rune guidebooks? I'm going to check it out.

UPDATE
They do have those and sooooo much more! I heard @Ava Elisabeth has a blood stone and I got one for myself to hep enhance my magick.

And I have been noticing the heat lately, is it just me? Maybe the heat shield around the school is growing weak, but why would that happen? Anyways, I'm going to see if I can fix it with some supplies from the shop.

My demons went haywire a few days ago and left black goo all over the stairs. I think it's alive. whatever you do, don't touch it. I don't want some weird Alt. Society event happening again with weird demon spawn.

No it's fine, I got it out... But I've been finding some sticky black goo everywhere and it seems to be alive.
